Information on the Conditions of Personal Data Processing

pursuant to § 19 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts as amended (hereinafter the “Act”).

This information is intended for: employees, visitors, clients (as data subjects), whose personal data was obtained directly from the data subjects and is processed by:

as the controller (hereinafter the “Controller”).

The Controller processes personal data in the form of video recordings and photographs.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of: protection of life, health, and property.
The legal basis for processing personal data is legitimate interest.
The legitimate interest of the Controller lies in protecting property and health. After assessing other available security measures, the Controller concluded that this is the only appropriate method. The factors of property and safety protection versus the right to privacy are balanced in this case (Annex: Assessment of Legitimacy of Interest).
The provision of personal data is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes.

The Controller may provide personal data to the following recipients:

  • Law enforcement authorities

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

The Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries.

Data Retention Period

The Controller retains personal data for a maximum period of 72 consecutive hours.

Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to request access to their data, its correction or deletion, or to request restriction of its processing, as well as the right to data portability, under the conditions set out in §§ 21 to 28 of the Act.

Provided that the requirements set by the relevant legislation are met, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
